Who am I buying from?

1st Down Sports, Inc. started as a small sports card booth at a flea market in Virginia Beach, Virginia (then called 1st Down Cards & Collectibles) in 2005. By early 2006, we moved to a larger storefront at this same indoor flea market to start carrying more fan products than just cards. Being in a large metropolitan area surrounded by numerous military bases, we noticed that there were multiple fans of EVERY team and not just the "local" teams. From then on, we decided to start carrying all NFL teams (and some of the more popular NCAA & MLB teams) in every product that we offered. We have had many customers come into our store and say "I can never find my team's stuff anywhere except here!!" After 1 more year in the flea market, we decided that we needed to move to a bigger venue. So we decided to move into a major shopping mall. The birth of 1st Down Sports, Inc was recorded at Military Circle Mall in Norfolk, Virginia on January 20, 2007. Our store became so popular here in Hampton Roads Virginia that we decided to bring our products to the global marketplace and created "1stDownShop", the online division of 1st Down Sports. On April 1st 2009 we opened our second mall store at Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach, VA. We really appreciate the continued support and loyal fans & customers in helping write 1st Down's future. What is your Shipping Policy?

1stDownShop generally does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses because we normally ship through UPS. Orders shipped to Canada via UPS may be subject to a customs fee and this is the buyer's responsibility to know, understand, & expect the fees imposed by their country for items shipped from the U.S. Please allow up to the ship time stated above for your item to arrive. We always mention business days so please understand that this is Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Due to the nature of selling our products in our retail stores as well as online, every once in a while we may sell out of an item locally before we are able to remove it from our online stores. Your item will temporarily be placed on backorder and may take longer for you to receive. If this happens with an item that you purchased from us, please accept our apologies in advance. We will offer you an option of a refund or to wait for your item. This problem does happen frequently during the busy seasons such as Christmas time. We will do our best to keep an accurate quantity displayed here and ship the item within the stated time. If you have not received your item within the time frame stated in this listing, please allow an additional few days for mailing delays and then contact us for help.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns (with prior approval only) for faulty, defective, or otherwise damaged merchandise. Please contact us first for approval and instructions on how to return your item for an exchange. If your item is unavailable for exchange, we will then offer you an immediate refund. If you purchase a clothing item that is not the right size, we can exchange it for you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and for us shipping the new one to you. All other returns are subject to a 15-20% restocking fee.
